Limitations Only Exist in the Mind

Your mind is the engine room where all your dreams, goals and aspirations are birthed.

All what you are right now and will be in years to come takes root in your mind.

Certain factors have limited a lot of people and kept them within the confines of mediocrity. Thus, they are hindered from seeing the possibilities in the challenges around them.

Limiting Factors

Some of these factors include, but are not limited to:

▪️ Our environment

▪️ Friends

▪️ Our level of exposure

▪️ The people/materials we watch or listen to

These factors influence the way we think and speak, how we act and the way we view ourselves.

It is time to break free from a limiting mindset. Stop seeing yourself as inadequate. See impossibilities as stepping stones to greater heights.

Breaking Free From Limitation

Break free from limiting thoughts

Wondering how you can break free from a limiting mindset? You need to tap into the power of the sub conscious. You have to:

▫️Deliberately Unlearn Negative Patterns. Replace unproductive habits with productive habits. For instance, if you were fond of idling free time away in chit-chat, replace that habit with covering a few pages of a motivational book that would inspire you to achieve your goals.

▫️Uninstall ‘Softwares’ (Limiting Thoughts) that hinder productivity and install new ones that will boost your productivity. You can do this by creating time to listen to podcasts and audio series by inspiring authors like Brian Tracy, John Maxwell, etc.

▫️Take risks. Try new things. Someone said, “we know what we need to do, but we lack the courage to take risks that accompany trying anything new. Instead, we make excuses for inaction.” Face your fears and work towards achieving your life goals.

▫️Don’t be Too Busy to Study the Word of God. It’s a rich source of godly counsel. Like the Psalmist said, “Thy testimonies also are my delight and my counselors.” (Psalm 119:24).

▫️Set S.M.A.R.T. Goals. Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bound goals give you a track to run on every day. Set them and work on them regularly.

▫️Practice Daily Affirmations. Your subconscious responds to the confessions you make about your life every day, so ensure they are positive ones.

The power to create the life of your dreams is in your hands. Wield it properly. The world awaits your manifestation.
